Three out of four of our mama does have kidded.  The 4th is soon to follow.  Our pales will soon be over-flowing with fresh goat milk.  I am thrilled to be getting back to making yogurt, chevre, and feta.  This year I will also be experimenting with some semi-soft and aged cheeses.  Our herd thus far consists of four grown does, two doe kids, one grown buck, and two adorable (perhaps not for long!) buck kids.  We are now seeking new customers for the 2011 summer season.  We are exploring goat shares (similar to a CSA) as a possiblity.  Please contact us with any questions or to sign up!
